How to return a product to us

At Uniforms Plus our goal is your satisfaction.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase in order to receive an EXCHANGE. Unfortunately, we do not do ANY refunds, only an EXCHANGE of the product unless there is a manufacturer's defect.  If you are returning an item for an exchange in our store that we do not stock there will be a 15% restocking fee. There are two options for returning merchandise for an exchange:  1) You may visit our store location for an exchange or 2) Return your item(s) by mail for an exchange. We do not accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in its original condition. Please try your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles. Original purchase shipping and handling costs are non-exchangeable. To assure proper exchange, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.  If you don't want to exchange your merchandise you may also have a store credit to use at a later date.

There are two ways to return an item for an exchange: 1) Return the item to our store with your receipt: 1310 Skyway Dr. Monroe, NC 28110 OR 2) Mail your item with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. Ship via an insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not exchangeable.  Also, unless there is a manufacturer's defect, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for the items that they are exchanging.  If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label. 1310 Skyway Dr. Monroe, NC 28110.
